This vintage Hoover 5130 floor polisher is in very nice condition. It works great, and it was quite surprising at how quiet it is. There’s the usual wear for its age, like some scuffs and light scratches, though nothing outstanding (no dings or dents), and the cord has some discoloration. Made in the USA.
