It is a 4.2 amp 3 Speed Carpet, Floor cleaning, polishing, scrubber, shampooer and waxer 680.88973 and instruction manual. So there is no return on the machine. There has been a repair to the fitting that holds the tube for the liquid at the bottom of the unit as seen in the picture It was broken and plastic soldered back together as seen in picture of the underside of the bottom. It has not been used a lot. Speed 1 is for Polish/Buffing. Speed 2 is for Shampooing. Speed 3 is for Wax/Scrubbing. It comes with the User Manual which is really handy.
