The commercial and industrial floor scrubber is a professional cleaning device integrating the functions of floor and carpet washing, wax cleaning, low-speed polishing and stone crystal face renovation. It has the advantages of simple operation, safe use and high cleaning efficiency, and is suitable for hotels, office buildings, exhibition halls and other public places. The commercial and industrial floor scrubber is an optimal choice for the current mechanical cleaning work. Length of power cable. Diameter of Base Disc. The machine is not intended for use by the physically weak, intellectually obtuse or mentally disabled people (including children), unless it is safely used under the help or instructions of those who are responsible for their safety. The children shall be supervised to ensure that they will not play the machine. Be sure to remove the power plug from the socket before cleaning or repairing the machine. The connection shall be of Y type. Remove the power plug after stopping the machine. Using the power supply which matches voltage and frequency of the machine. The machine is additionally equipped with weighing iron, a planetary plate and a driving plate. The weighing iron can apply the higher pressure the hard ground, the brush plates or grinding pieces can be closely attached to the ground, and effective grinding can be achieved. The planetary disc can provide the intensive and complex scrubbing motion, greatly increasing the cleaning frequency and coverage density in the unit area and ensuring the more uniform stress of the whole cleaning surface and higher cleaning consistency. The driving plate can be matched with different grinding discs, can be suitable for hard floors requiring deep cleaning, grinding and refurbishment. The control handle is of a butterfly structure, is beautiful and attractive in appearance and comfortable to grip, can control the working angle, start and stop of the machine, and is easy to operate and control. The water tank is made of PP plastic materials, and is resistant to corrosion and easy to clean. It has a large capacity, well avoiding frequent addition of water. The water can be conveniently added through the enlarged water inlet. The wire fixture is designed for neatening and storing the power cord orderly, preventing the power cord from damage and keeping the working environment clean and well-organized. The top cover is simple in structure and attractive in appearance, can effectively protect the internal motor and parts from damage and collision, improves the structural rigidity and operation stability and is convenient to clean and maintain. The machine is equipped with a hard brush, a soft blanket brush and a needle tray, can adapt to different floors and ground, and cleaning pads can be easily installed on the needle tray to achieve polishing and waxing. Two rubber casters are designed for achieving easy and convenient movement of the machine, thereby greatly improving the convenience and practicability. The casters are resistant to skid and wear and easy to replace. After opening the package, please install the machine body, operating handle and water tank correctly as well as the cleaning brush. Check whether the power socket on site meets relative standards and ensure that the voltage of the power supply is 110V. Excessive or insufficient voltage may lead the machine to abnormal operation, overheating or burnout. Add a proper solution with cleaning agent to the water tank for cleaning requirements. Adjust the operating handle to an angle required by the operator. One must clench the operating handle with his hands, and no other personnel are allowed to stand around accessories of the machine before starting, so as to avoid that they are injured for swing of the machine as the handle is not clenched. Push the thumb fused switch to the center of the handle, then press the main switch and the cleaning machine begins to rotate for cleaning. Loose the main switch handle, and the machine will stop working. After cleaning is finished, the operating handle should be adjusted to a vertical position and the machine should be dried with a clean cloth so as to extend the machine’s service life. It is forbidden to use the brushing machine as other cleaning devices, and no additional weight is allowed to add on the machine, for example, the machine is operated with the operator sitting on it. Otherwise, the operator is vulnerable and it will add loads to the machine. If it is serious, the motor may be burnt out and gears of the reducer may be broken.
