Pads appear NEW but have no package or label other than 3M. A total of 11 pads 17.5″, 18″ and 19. The blue buffing brush is lightly used. The only writing I see is #4181-C I can take any measurements you need. It looks to me like a buffing pad I used to use to strip old floor wax off with and put new wax down.
