Initial Evaluation – Machine is evaluated to make sure it is qualified to be refurbished. Cleaning – Machine is thoroughly cleaned with hot water power washer and cleaning detergent. Repairing & Replacing – All electrical and mechanical components are tested and any found to be failing or not working are either repaired if possible or replaced if needed. Detailing – The machine is detailed in order to remove as many cosmetic defects as possible and to give it a nice shine. Final Testing – The machine is tested for 30 minutes and after that it is secured to a pallet, wrapped up and sent on its way!
